Jordan Chameleon Cabernet Sauvignon / Merlot
Our Chameleon Cabernet Sauvignon – Merlot, is often coined the “Baby Cobblers Hill” for its reminiscence to the estate’s flagship red blend. Plush textured merlot fills the framework provided by the cabernet, leading to approachable flavours of sun-ripened plum & dark-skinned spring berries with a top-note of herbal dried mint.

This Chameleon Chenin Blanc is a fresh and fruity wine with rich tropical pear flavours and a zesty citrus finish, perfect for every day drinking.
Reyneke Organic Sauvignon Blanc / Semillon
The 2019 blend consists of 54% Sauvignon Blanc and 46% Semillon. The two thirds of grapes are sourced from organic vineyards around the Western Cape, which are mainly planted on sandy loam soils. The rest of the grapes originate from Reyneke Wines. Standard white winemaking is carried out on Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon separately. The grapes are destemmed with two hours of skin contact. Using only the free run juice, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. After 5 months, further ageing occurs in stainless steel on the fine lees. The assemblage is made up and bottled.
Reyneke Organic Shiraz / Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2018 Organic Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon is made up of a blend of 85% Shiraz and 15 % Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes are sourced from the best organic vineyards across the Western Cape, a quarter of it coming directly from the estate. The grapes were sorted, destemmed and wild, spontaneous fermentation took place in a combination of concrete tanks and open top stainless steel fermenters using the submerged cap fermentation technique. 25% of the wine spent eight months in older oak barrels after which the assemblage is made up and bottled.
